- We ensure our employees are following proper procedures by building a systematic workflow and applying appropriate management methodologies.
- Our Quality Control Division focuses on promoting awareness on quality and implementing proper procedures resulting in high quality passing rate on products being produced. We believed that quality is achieved through commitment of our employees sharing the same mentality and not relying on test results alone.
- We implement a tight quality control system to ensure all products produced can obtain a perfect score of 100% at all times.
- Our comprehensive quality control workflow starts from the R&D stage covering all fine details where quality is being instilled into the products produced on every step of the way from start to finish.
- Our thorough testing include industry wide standardized ones like visual, power supply, ICT, usability and aging. On top of that, we also carry out the following tests on thermal shock, high temperature, high humidity, high voltage, ESD, anti-resistant, anti-shock, drop and salt spray to stand out proud in the crowd.
Quality Control on R&D
- We fulfill our clients’ requirements through the use of advanced technology and top-notch customer services to keep them truly satisfied.

- We strive to ensure our R&D processes are executed in a systematic approach.
Workflow Management on Quality Control
- We handpick employees from R&D, Purchasing and Engineering Divisions to form a designated team since inception of a R&D project. This practice ensures quality is being emphasized from day one yet consistency and communication can be maintained from start to finish within different divisions in the R&D process.
- A project manager is being assigned to every R&D project to act as a liaison for all divisions involved while responsible for managing the workflow meeting our stringent methodologies.
- In light of satisfying UL, CE and EMC requirements, we consider factors like surge protection, lightning protection, electromagnetic compatibility, product performance stability, working environment challenges and product life on the designs at the proposal stage.
- In meeting UL, ROHS and TS16949 requirements on parts and components used in our products, we take recommendations from our Purchasing Division seriously to ensure the finished products are of high quality.
- Quality is guaranteed on our parts regardless of clients’ specified grades such as commercial, industrial or military.
- Our circuit designs follow our engineers’ considerations closely where accommodations can be easily made satisfying after production processes and quality stability on processed goods.
- Both software and hardware designs are generated according to modular designs as to maintain transferability, adaptability, uniformity yet in a standardized fashion.

- We ensure all our manufactured products pass the stringent aging testing in particular to prevent any visible and hidden defects.
(2) Quality Control Workflow
- We are committed to ensure our Design and Engineering Divisions coordinate well with our Production Division to maintain comprehensive production and quality control related technical files.
- All our divisions work hard to derive clear objectives meeting quality control procedures and measures that are appropriate for our production lines and product guarantee guidelines prior to arranging for a production related meeting.
- We set up QE and IPQC for a comprehensive quality control management system implementation within our entity.
- Every procedure in our production lines is under both QC and QA quality control management mechanisms.
- We implement testing such as ET, ICT, usability, aging, high heat, high humidity, ESD, anti-shock etc. of every manufactured product produced in our plants.
- We satisfy our clients’ requirements by following a complete set of quality control measures including measurements, colours, sequences, exteriors, clarity levels and also sustainability on pressure and humidity.
Quality Control Measures
- We initiate SPC quality control measures within our entity.
- We utilize quality control management tools such as FEMA, PPAP and so forth.
- We follow TQC, PCDA etc. on recycling.
- We implement a comprehensive quality control system using TQM.
